Charlie and the Moonshine

Roots, Grit & Open Road

Born from the red clay and highway dust of the American South

Our Story

Charlie and the Moonshine came together the way most great southern rock bands do — around a fire, with a bottle of whiskey and nowhere better to be. What started as late-night jam sessions turned into something none of us could walk away from.

Rooted in the traditions of the South but never afraid to push the sound forward, we've spent years playing every honky-tonk, roadhouse, and festival stage we could find. Every mile on the road has made its way into our music.

We play for the people who work hard, love hard, and know that the best stories are told with a guitar in hand and the windows rolled down.

The Band

Charlie

Lead Vocals & Guitar

The soul of the band. Charlie's voice carries the weight of every highway mile and every late night spent chasing the sound.

Ricky

Lead Guitar

Ricky's fingers tell stories the words can't reach. His slide work is the heartbeat of the Moonshine sound.

Mae

Bass & Backing Vocals

Mae holds the low end like the earth holds the roots. Her harmonies are the warmth that ties every song together.

Duke

Drums & Percussion

Duke doesn't just keep time — he drives the whole thing forward. The thunder behind every Moonshine storm.
